Small Team Pricing (up to 20 People) begins at $150 for the first three individuals with discounted rates for larger teams (up to 20 people)

Large Team Pricing (20+ People) begins at $2500

For Individuals: Basic in-studio headshot: $150 (same day delivery)

Event Headshot Booth/Station: 1/2 day (up to 4 hours) -or- Full day (request a quote below)

There is an initial $150 travel fee for all location headshot sessions. (covers up to 60 miles from our location in Lancaster, SC)

TOP FAQs

How far will you travel?
Our travel fee of $150 covers up to 60 miles from our location in Lancaster, SC. This covers the Charlotte Metro area in NC as well as the Columbia region in SC. If you are located beyond 60 miles, an adjustment will be made to the travel fee.

How are images selected and how long before final delivery?
Each person will receive their very own private online gallery to select their photos from. Once your favorite selections are made - we are notified to finish the photos . Final photo delivery is typically 1-2 days once selections are made.

What backgrounds do you offer?
Grey and white are the most popular, but you can choose any background color you desire - such as your company colors.

What is included in a typical quoted price?

  • 1 professional photo studio/station at your location (backdrop, lighting, equip.)

  • Optional online appointment calendar for the scheduled headshot day - This allows everyone to schedule their own time-slot = CONVENIENCE! Yes, we will organize your team for you.

  • Individual online gallery for each team member to make selections from (Easy Peasy)

  • 1 master image gallery of all the pics for your company files and marketing team (GREAT!)

  • 1 retouched image for each team member with option to purchase additional photos

    • retouching involves blemish removal and other refining

  • full commercial usage license
