The Headshot Hiring Process for Teams
Hiring a professional photographer to take headshots of your team can seem like a daunting process, but it shouldn’t be. In fact, about 95% of the process should fall on the photographers’—not you. In other words, it should be an easy process, which is what we are all about: Simple, smooth, and stress-free. The following covers our entire process from start to finish.
Initial Contact, Gathering Basic information:

Location of the Headshots
Desired date and time of the headshots
How many people (Small teams are up to 20 people) and (large teams are 20+)
Backdrop type: Grey and White are the most popular and consistent
Contract, W9
Scheduling and Sign-up
We send the client a link (or a QR code) to the on-line registration app
The only thing that the client has to do at this point is share the with their team (we will take care of the rest from this point forward)
Each person will be able to select their desired time slot for the day of the shoot straight from our app
The only thing each person has to do at this point is show up at their time slot on the day of the shoot and we will call out their name when their time arrives.

Shoot day
We will arrive approximately one hour prior to the shoot to set up
Once the headshot sessions begin, we simply follow the names on the schedule. (Walk-ins -or- last minute sign-ups go toward the end of the cue.
The moment we photograph each individual, they are automatically notified (via the email they used during signup) that their private gallery has been created and they will be able to view the pictures soon after the shoot is done.
Once we have photograph everyone on the schedule, we will check to see if you need anything else
If all is good, we pack up our things and leave everything as it was prior to our arrival.
After the shoot (Picture selection)
At this point, each person has viewed their private gallery (all images will be watermarked)
Each person will be able to select their favorite image from the gallery by clicking the “heart” icon under each picture.
Note: the number of included images is determined prior to the shoot.
If a person would like to purchase additional photos, they can by selecting the shopping cart.
The shopping cart will appear only after they select their favorite included photo(s) to be finished.
Once the selections are made, we are notified to begin finishing the selected photos.
After we are finished retouching the selections, we upload the finished photos
Each individual is notified by us via email that their photos are finished and ready for download.
Final Delivery
A direct link to the master gallery is emailed to the client for storage and use.
You will be able to download a copy of all the retouched images from the shoot.

As you can see from the above process, the only thing you have to do on your end is send out the link we provide you for the people on your team to sign up. We’ll take it from there.
