LOCATION HEADSHOTS FOR TEAMS
KEH PHOTOS LLC provides professional headshots at your office or a location of your choice. Pricing is per individual set within groups, with discounted rates available for larger teams. Each person photographed will receive one high-resolution, fully retouched headshot to ensure your team looks its best. A complimentary group photo is also included.
Headshots can be taken against a backdrop of your choice—typically grey or pure white—or in a natural setting, such as your office environment.
Location Headshot Pricing begins at 1 individual.
There is an initial travel fee of $200 for all location sessions. This covers up to 60 miles of distance from our location in Lancaster, SC. If the mileage to the location exceeds 60 miles, an additional fee will be added).
1-3 People: $175 per person
Recommended that you reserve one hour for shooting time.
4-9 People: $150 per person
Recommended that you reserve one hour for shooting time.
10-19 People $125 per person
Recommended that you reserve two hours for shooting time
20-25 People $100 per person
Recommended that your reserve two and a half hours of shooting time
25+ People
Teams exceeding 25 people require a custom quote.
All Locations must have a large enough space for photography lighting and a backdrop. This will be discussed during a free consultation.
Additional retouched headshots: $100
The pricing listed above includes one professionally retouched photo. If you find multiple headshots you love, you have the option to purchase additional images. Each extra headshot is $100 and includes full retouching and high-resolution delivery.
Additional Looks: Amount discussed during free consultation
If you have a specific team member you'd like to feature with a unique environmental shot that differs from the rest of the team, this option is available. We’re happy to accommodate this request to create a more personalized look that highlights their individual role or personality that contributes to your brand.
Additional Group Photos: $75 per group
A complimentary group photo is included with each location session. This is if you would like to add a different configuration or background.
After your photo session, all images will be uploaded to a private online gallery. Each team member can view the gallery and choose their preferred photos. At this stage, the images will be unedited and marked with a translucent KEH PHOTOS watermark. Once selections are made, we’ll begin editing and retouching the chosen photos. When the final images are ready, they’ll be re-uploaded to the gallery, and each team member will be notified that their downloads are available.

Do you have a photography studio where you photograph your clients?
Yes, we (Kendell and Evelyn Healy) have a home studio in Lancaster, South Carolina that you can have your photography sessions at. Visit our Studio Headshots page for more information. However, depending on where you are located, our location pricing is structured in a way that the location session is most likely more economical.
What if some people cannot are not available the day of the photography session?
In the event that some of your team cannot be present during the initial location session, the option to send them to our home studio is available. However, depending on where you are located, our location pricing is structured in a way that the location session is most likely more economical.
Will you also photograph team/group photos in addition to the headshot?
Yes, we can photograph the whole team together or broken up in groups by departments.
What backgrounds do you offer?
Although we typically shoot on white or grey backgrounds, we can offer a range of solid colors, gradients, or even custom digital backgrounds tailored specifically to your business. White and grey backgrounds have the benefit of being the most consistent across a number of photos when shooting individuals.
Can you match headshots we have taken previously?
We can work with photographers from other markets to match their images and provide any file type, format, or crop as is necessary to keep the consistency in the look and feel of your existing team headshots.
